Consumer rights when purchasing vehicles from a company or professional, and when having them repaired.
I provide services to prevent problems before purchasing, whether you are buying in person, remotely, or through financing intended for the purchase (linked contracts).
I can help you minimize risks and avoid errors (for considerably less money and problems than you would likely have if you encounter issues after the purchase and the seller ignores you).
If you are one of those who already has the problem (contract breaches, warranty non-compliance, if they made you believe you have to contract a warranty -and pay for it- with a company other than the professional seller, if they haven’t informed you of your right of withdrawal and/or haven’t provided you with the mandatory form for it, etc., etc…), I will gladly welcome you in my office to help you try to solve the problem and ensure the seller assumes their responsibilities as required by Law. Don’t let them take advantage of you!
In case of dispute, we will always try to reach an out-of-court solution, to save you court costs and delays, but if it’s not possible (out-of-court agreements depend on the willingness of both parties, and sometimes there’s no willingness from one side…), we will go all out through judicial proceedings to defend your interests and rights. As a consumer you have extensive legal protection, and the seller must respect it. Don’t let them take advantage of you!

Claims for hidden defects or breaches (private party sales)
Have you recently purchased a used vehicle from a private party and discovered hidden defects that the seller didn’t reveal to you?
I specialize in claims for hidden defects in used vehicle sales between private parties. I know how frustrating and costly it can be to face unexpected problems after a purchase, especially when the seller ignores us and acts in bad faith.
By the way, and so you don’t get discouraged or desperate, regarding the deadlines for filing claims I must tell you that there is a belief that you can only claim within 6 months, and this, in many cases, is not true. Get legal advice, as you may have up to 5 YEARS to claim from the seller in your case (however, the sooner you do it, the better…).

- Construction and renovations: preventive advice, drafting and review of contracts, claims for construction defects, contractual breaches, absence of work execution, total or partial, fraud, and related matters. If you are a consumer, we will approach it from that perspective so you enjoy greater protection.
- Real estate sales and property management.
- Urban leases: if you are an owner and/or landlord I know they are not making it easy for you, so, if you are an honest person who has tried to do things right in renting your property, and now find yourself with fears or problems when renting, I will help you resolve them, and minimize risks to ensure you collect your rent as you should, and/or recover your property. As advice: have a good contract, hire and request guarantees when renting. Avoid errors when choosing tenants.

Claims for inclusion
In our specialized legal service, we dedicate ourselves to protecting consumer rights against erroneous and abusive inclusions in bad debt files.
We will analyze the inclusion to assess whether it has been carried out as required by the Data Protection Act, and in case of violation, we will help you with the cancellation of your data and demand the corresponding compensation for damages caused. According to our Supreme Court, compensation should be substantial to deter companies from these practices.
