- Warranty repairs that do not solve anything: You take the car to the authorized service center over and over again for the same or new breakdowns, but the fault persists.
- Refusal to cover a breakdown under warranty: They make excuses saying it's "a wear part," "misuse" or, simply, that "this is not covered by the legal warranty."
- Unjustified delivery delays: The delivery time for your new car or a repair is extended for weeks or months without reasonable explanation.
- Inflated or unexpected repair shop invoices: They give you an invoice for an amount much higher than the initial estimate without your prior consent. Although some repair shops inform that the warranty is limited to 3 months or 2,000 km, this is not always true. This situation occurs mainly in conflicts with repair shops when you take the car for repair; it does not apply to repairs covered by the purchase warranty, since in those cases the dealer must cover everything.
- Refusal to provide a replacement vehicle: They leave you without means of transportation while your car is in the shop, breaching the conditions of your warranty or contract.
- Hidden defects or serious faults in a new car: Your vehicle, whether new or used, presents serious defects or lack of conformity from the first kilometers. Sometimes they charge you for repairs that should be free, they sell you commercial warranties that limit your rights, and in distance purchases they may conceal or hinder your right to return.

Effective repair or replacement within reasonable time
It's not enough to "try" to repair: They must leave your car in perfect condition, at no cost and within reasonable time. If they don't succeed, you can demand contract termination or a price reduction.
Warranty Repairs
For warranty repairs you have the right to be provided with a dated document when depositing the vehicle stating the reason, and the document when they deliver it repaired detailing exactly what was done to repair it. During the time the car is being repaired your warranty does not run out (it is suspended), you have the right to receive those documents.
Fixed estimate with no surprises
You have the right to a detailed estimate before they touch the car. No work or parts without your express consent. This right only applies to repairs at service centers.
Replacement or return of the car
If the problem is serious and they do not resolve it, the law protects you to demand a new car with the same or similar characteristics or a refund of your money.
Compensation for damages
If you have had extra expenses (rental of another car, loss of income, etc.), you can claim that they pay for them.
