For warranty repairs you have the right to be provided with a dated document when depositing the vehicle stating the reason, and the document when they deliver it repaired detailing exactly what was done to repair it. During the time the car is being repaired your warranty does not run out (it is suspended), you have the right to receive those documents.

Fixed estimate with no surprises

You have the right to a detailed estimate before they touch the car. No work or parts without your express consent. This right only applies to repairs at service centers.

Replacement or return of the car

If the problem is serious and they do not resolve it, the law protects you to demand a new car with the same or similar characteristics or a refund of your money.

Compensation for damages

If you have had extra expenses (rental of another car, loss of income, etc.), you can claim that they pay for them.
